Honey Charters is proud to announce the arrival of our new vessel, the M/V Qayaq Spirit.

The Qayaq Spirit was built by Sea State One Marine, Anchorage, Alaska. The vessel is 45', will cruise at 30 knots and will be able to hold 30 passengers.

The Qayaq Spirit is great for large groups that want to do glacier and wildlife cruises. It is the boat that we use for the cross sound trips:
       •  Valdez to Whittier
       •  Cordova to Whittier
       •  Whittier to Valdez
       •  Whittier to Cordova

Travel time from Whittier to Valdez is 3 hours and travel time from Whittier to Cordova is 4 hours. This projected time provides time for sightseeing stops along the way. We are excited about being able to provide fast service to these three communities in Prince William Sound.

"M/V Qayaq Spirit"

The Qayaq Spirit is beachable and cruises at 30 kts. Film companies find the Qayaq Spirit great for carrying their crews and equipment. The Qayaq Spirit can also carry 18 kayaks. Groups can hold small lectures while traveling with the ability to set up easels for information to the group, plus we have PA system microphones in the front and back of the vessel. This vessel has a 12 person minimum.
